Elia is in the final stages of his International Mountain Leader (IML) qualification — the gold standard for guiding in mountain terrain across the world. Once qualified, he'll be leading small groups on snowshoeing routes and hut-to-hut tours across the Alps: France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria.
